Gold River Stingrays
-Electronic Registration is now open! Join the fun!
Whether you're a returning family or a new family joining our
team, the registration process is simple and takes only a few
minutes. There are three steps to registration.
1) Register Online:
You will use the online registration system to register your
swimmer(s) and update all of your swimmer, contact and medical
information. Registration opens on February 1st for all
swimmers.
2) Cost Calculation and Payment:
The cost for swim team this year is:
- 1st Swimmer is $250
- 2nd Swimmer is $225
- 3rd Swimmer is $200
- Additional Swimmer is $100
- High School Swimmer is $125
- Mini Ray Swimmer is $250
- Volunteer Deposit* is $100 (one per family)
*Refunded at the end
of the season if volunteer shifts are
fulfilled
To complete payment you can either
- Attend a registration day to submit your payment via check,
house charge, or credit card. Registration days are Wednesday
February 3rd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday February 27th and
March 6th both from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
- Fill out a Swim Team Payment Form (click here for the form) and
bring it with your payment to the GRRC Front Desk.
- The third option for payment is to let us House Charge your
Gold River Racquet Club account. Any swimmer not paid by March 16
will be House Charged. This charge will be reflected on your
April’s Gold River Racquet Club billing statement. If
you desire payments over a 2 or 3 month period please contact the
Registrar.
3) Volunteer Sign-Ups:
Once you have registered,
you will be contacted as to what Volunteer Job you will be doing
this year. Watch for email correspondence. At the parent meeting
night you will receive confirmation of the volunteer job you have
signed up for and will have the opportunity to ask questions
of the volunteer
coordinator.
Once your registration is complete and you are you will be granted
access to your own private account for the team. Your private
account is your one-stop-shop for
- maintaining your contact information
- entering swim meets
- signing up for jobs
- interactively tracking your athletes times
- communication with the team
