Membership - Registration
 
Registration will be online this year. To complete the online portion select the red Start Registration on the left. Fill out all of the information.
 
To complete payment you can either
  • Attend a registration day to submit your payment via check, house charge, or credit card. Registration days are Wednesday February 3rd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday February 27th and March 6th both from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
  • Fill out a Swim Team Payment Form (click here for the form) and bring it with your payment to the GRRC Front Desk.
  • The third option for payment is to let us House Charge your Gold River Racquet Club account. Any swimmer not paid by March 16 will be House Charged. This charge will be reflected on your April’s Gold River Racquet Club billing statement. If you desire payments over a 2 or 3 month period please contact the Registrar.
Running a successful swim organization requires parental commitment. This commitment provides tremendous support for your child(ren) and provides them with an amazing fulfilling experience! Please review our Team Handbook under the Documents tab for more details on parental and swimmer commitments.
 
You must sign-up for one committee. The job descriptions are listed on the website under Team Info- Volunteer Jobs. Once you have registered, you will be contacted as to what Volunteer Job you will be doing this year. You have the opportunity to sign up for your volunteer shifts for the swim meets ONLINE. You will be contacted about this soon so watch for email correspondence. At the parent meeting night you will receive confirmation of the volunteer job you have signed up for and will have the opportunity to ask questions of the volunteer coordinator.
 
All swimmers must be members of Gold River Racquet Club during the duration of the Stingray season. For more information on joining Gold River Racquet Club please call Melody Polly at 916-638-7001 ext 24.
